Day 01
Vancouver

Vancouver - Kamloops - Valemount

Hotel: Ramada Inn or similar

We will meet at 7:00 am to begin our journey to the Rocky Mountains. Along the way we will stop in Hope, a small town just outside of Vancouver. From here we will make our way to Kamloops, where we will stop for lunch. From Kamloops, we will continue on our way to Valemount, stopping at Spahats Falls on the way. Upon arrival into Valemount at approximately 6:00 pm, we will check into our hotel. Tonight we have a dinner together before playing some Hockey in the Rockies! The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy. We recommend that you sit around the campfire and get to know the rest of the people on your tour!

Day 02
Valemount

Valemount - Banff

Hotel: Mount Royal Hotel or similar

This morning we will have breakfast (included) before departing Valemount at approximately 8:00 am. On our way to Banff we will stop at Mount Robson, travel through Jasper, visit the Athabasca Falls, and stop at the Columbia Icefields. After enjoying some time at the Columbia Icefields, we will see Peyto Lake and Bow Lake before arriving in Banff. We will check into the hotel at approximately 6:00 pm; you are free to go and have dinner on your own. After dinner, your tour guide will organize a night out! First we will go to a pub that has great drink specials and afterwards we will finish the night at Hoodoo, the best nightclub in Banff!

Banff

Banff - Golden

Hotel: Sportsman Lodge or similar

Rise and shine for your best chance to view wildlife on a driving tour featuring Lake Minnewanka, Two Jack Lake and Cascade Ponds. Breakfast from Tim Hortons is included today. This day also includes an optional stop at the Banff Gondola – an opportunity for you to see amazing views from high above Banff downtown and explore this amazing mountain village. From here, take in the amazing views as we leave Banff and make our way to Golden. On the way, we will stop at Lake Louise, one of the most famous places in the Rocky Mountains! We will continue on our way to Emerald Lake (optional canoeing ) stopping at Moraine Lake. After a dinner stop (included) we will check into the hotel in Golden BC at approximately 6:00 pm. Tonight we have an optional sports Night and the End of tour party!

Golden

Golden - Kelowna - Vancouver

Today is the last day of your trip to the Rocky Mountains! Breakfast (included) will be at approximately 8:00am. We begin our journey home traveling through the Okanagan Valley. We will stop for a relaxing lunch in Kelowna- home to a legendary water monster called the Ogopogo! After departing Kelowna we will join Highway 5 to drive through the Coquihalla Valley. We will arrive back in Vancouver at approximately 7:00 pm, where your unforgettable journey to the Canadian Rocky Mountains will come to an end.

*Please note that depending on the tour date, this itinerary may be done in reverse.

  • Please note your gender and age are required when booking. Please do remark these information when check out.
  • The tour is NON-REFUNDABLE within 12 days of departure.
  • NO REFUND if you fail to show up at the meeting spot on time.
  • A Waiver and Release Form is required for guests who are under the age of 19. Waiver and Release Form must be submitted one day before tour departure. The Form will be found on your E-Ticket after booking.
  • A small bus may be used for smaller groups.
  • We recommend paying at least 10 days before departure to avoid disappointment.
  • Please bring the following things with you:
    - Swim suit and towel (hot tub or swimming pool in the hotels + you have 2 chances to go for a swim in a refreshing mountain lake - seasonal)
    - Proof of medical insurance
    - Government photo ID (passport) & Student ID
    - Good walking shoes/boots
    - (Optional) Warm jacket, hat, gloves (You'll need these on the Ice Explorer Snowcoach tour in case the ACTIVITY PASS is available and chosen.)

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

*Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
*Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
*Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third or fourth bed in the room, but it can be requested at the time of check-in.
*The price for children and adults are the same.
*The maximum room capacity is four people including adult and child/infant.
*Tour prices are based on CAD and are converted into USD. Prices will change day to day, due to the currency exchange rates. Tours booked and paid for will be charged at the current rate at which the tour price is shown. We will not refund any price differences should prices drop for the tour.     1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
