Q: How do I use my Pass at attractions?
A: Each attraction has instructions on where and when you can redeem them.

Q: When is my pass activated?
A: Your pass is activated the moment it is scanned for admission at your first attraction, bus tour or restaurant.

Q: How long do I have to use my pass?
A: Once activated, your Flex Pass is valid for a full 7 days.

Q: When does my pass expire?
A: Passes that have not been activated expire one year from the purchase date. Once activated, your Flex Pass is valid for 7 days.

Q: Can I board the Gray Line City Sightseeing Hop-on Hop-off bus loops anywhere with my card?
A: Prior to your first boarding, you will need to need to pick up a bus ticket at one of our Visitor Center locations. Once you have your ticket, you can hop-on the bus at any stop on the route, any time the bus is running.

Q: Do I need to choose my attractions right now?
A: No! With the Flex Pass, you can simply choose as you go. Experience New York City the way you want to.

Q: How do the dining options work?
A: You may choose to select a restaurant as one of your attractions options. Eat lunch at any restaurant listed until 5:00 pm. The dining options vary by restaurants. Each restaurant either offers a prix-fixe (fixed price) menu option or a fixed dollar amount off your lunch or dinner. When you get to the restaurant, just show your pass and they’ll let you know how it works! Please note that using a dining option counts as an attraction visit.

Q: Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
A: You may visit each included attraction just once. With so many great attractions to choose from, you’ll have plenty to keep you busy!

Q: What happens if an attraction or tour is cancelled due to weather or other problems?
A: While we do our best to ensure that all attractions featured on the Pass are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about the FlexPass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative!

Q: Do I need to make a reservation to visit attractions?
A: Attractions which require a reservation will be noted in the guidebook that comes with your pass. Making a reservation will not activate your Pass. You must make all reservations for a day in which your pass is still valid. When you show up for your reserved tour the attraction will then scan your pass for entrance to the tour. You pass must still be valid.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: You'll have a full year from the day you purchase your passes to receive a full refund, as long as they are unused. However, the passes are non-refundable once they're activated.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
