Cancellation Policy:
As US west tours are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to cancel your order after confirmation, please check refund policy as following:
*Cancellations made before 7 days prior to departure date --- 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded
*Cancellations made during 4-6 days prior to departure date --- 40% of total purchase amount can be refunded
*Cancellations made within 3 days prior to departure date --- no refund
*No show on tour day --- no refund.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Cancel the order
- Decrease the number of guests
- Change to other tours
- Change the departure date
Amendment Policy:
We will reserve bus seats for once you make reservation. Other than the $30.00 amendment fee, we will charge as following:
*Amendment made before 7 days prior to departure date --- No surcharge
*Amendment made during 4-6 days prior to departure date --- 60% of total purchase amount will be chargeed as amendment fee
*Amendment made within 3 days prior to departure date --- No Amendment will be accepted.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Change identity information: name, age, etc.
- Change optional tour or available package hotel
You may be transferred to a central meeting point prior to departing on your tour/activity.
Please bring you own car seat, if you are travelling with a child under 8 years old. The penalty will be on your own cost, if you do not bring the car seat.
Customers are allowed up to two items (ie. 1 standard check-in luggage + 1 carry-on) free of charge. Extra items will be charged at additional $25/per luggage.

Pricing Info

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

*Adult: 12 and older
*Child: 2-11 years of age
***Children under 2 years of age require a $45 per day mandatory General Liability Insurance Fee per child. The fee also guarantees a seat for the child. Parents who prefer to hold their child will be considered as forfeiting the seat, but the $45 per day General Liability Insurance will still be charged. Please be sure to offer the child's name and age (accurate to the month) when booking.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

- Your purchase does not guarantee confirmation. Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days.

- Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice.

- Please refer to our Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy before you make reservation.

- Local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.
