Itinerary

Appropriately named, this full day tour shows you a few of Maui's magnificent highlights.

In just 37 miles, you'll go from sea level to 10,023 feet to the top of Mt. Haleakala. The meandering road up the volcano flaunts stunning views of Maui, the Pacific Ocean and the West Maui Mountains, so have your camera ready.

Along the way, your tour guide will tell you interesting tidbits, like the fact that this spot is regarded as one of the earth's powerful energy points.

Next, you'll descend into Iao Valley where you'll immediately understand why Maui was coined "The Valley Isle". As you ride up the valley, you quickly realize you're in a peaceful rainforest. This is where the bright green Iao Needle shoots up from the ground, as if profoundly pointing at the blue sky. Tropical plants, waterfalls, and swimming holes accentuate this verdant wonderland!

The final stop of the tour is Lahaina, an old whaling seaport lined with restaurants, shops and galleries. This quaint little town happens to be one of Hawaii's most popular shopping destinations. Here, tour guides will turn you loose for over two hours of shopping and strolling. The perfect end to a perfect day of Maui sightseeing.

The pick-up and drop-off locations are subject to final confirmation. It will end around 5:30pm, depending on the weather and traffic conditions.

Tips:: Effective immediately, Iao Valley State Monument will be closed to traffic due to damage suffered from heavy rain and flooding for an indefinite period of time. Iao Valley will be omitted and Maui Tropical Plantation will be substituted (30-40 minute stop). Please note Iao Valley State Monument will reopen on 8/5/2017.

Please arrive at hotel pick-up location 10-15 minutes prior to pick-up. All times are approximations. The real pick-up time depends on the hotel distance.
Route may be modified due to national park advisories. Tour features can change daily as we cannot predict weather and lava viewing conditions. We do not guarantee sighting of lava flows.
Per Haleakala National Park, the driver will schedule a minimum 30 – minute interval between passenger coach departures to facilitate a minimum 30 – minute gap in the arrival of the coaches at the Summit District. The purpose for this requirement is to help alleviate overcrowding park resources, and provide a better quality experience for visitors.
Moderate walking is involved during this tour. Please wear walking shoes and dress comfortably (expect sun, wind and at times rain conditions).
A meal is available for purchase.
Passengers are responsible for verifying their luggage is loaded by the bus operator. Tours4Fun assumes no liability for lost baggage, except if baggage is lost in transit, in which case the maximum liability is $100.00 per bag, not to exceed $200.00 per person. Tours4Fun assumes no liability for damaged baggage, except if baggage is damaged in transit, in which case the maximum amount for a damaged luggage claim is $30.00 per bag, not to exceed $60.00 per person. Airline damaged or lost bags must be reported directly to the airlines. All claims shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the occurrence.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

*Child age: 4 -11.
*Children under the age of 4 are free and must be seated on an adult's lap. If you require a seat for a child under 4, please purchase a child's admission.

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
