About the complimentary buffet lunch
The complimentary buffet lunch is only for Las Vegas. The restaurant address is 4300 E. Sunset Rd., C-1, Henderson, NV 89014. Guests need to pay $1.00 service fee to the waiters when having lunch.
For those who choose to join the tour at the Circus Circus Hotel only receive one free buffet lunch.
- To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during holiday season (New Year/Christmas).
- Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service to replace. Please understand.
- Las Vegas Tours not allowing travelers under 21 unaccompanied by co-traveler 21 or up to join.
- Due to winter weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary for this tour may be affected in October, April, and May. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the professional tour escort for the safety of all passengers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience.
- CHANGE POLICY:
If any amendments including date change or reducing the number of guests are made at least 17 days before departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee, otherwise we'll charge the penalty fee according to the below policy plus the $30 Amendment Fee:
- If amendment is made within 5 days(workday) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
- If amendment is made 6-9 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
- If amendment is made 10-16 days before departure date, 30% of Reservation Cost will be charged. - If you need to change your pick up location, please let us know 5 days in advance, otherwise it shall not be changed.
- Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer season, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.

- Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise.
