Tour Safe Program
We will be submitting temperature checks and wearing masks will be mandatory while on tour (except for children under the age of two).We encourage passengers to bring their own personal protective equipment and cleaning products, but if they forget them behind, we will provide for their use.

Enhanced Cleaning
* Nightly deep cleaning and disinfecting fogging by certified crew
* Installation of high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters tocapture and remove diseased particles from the air
* Disinfecting and hand washing by tour guides at 30+ minutes stops

Touchless Touring
* Elimination of boarding passes
* No onboard credit card transactions
* Drivers wear face shields while touring

Social Distancing
* Tour vehicles operating at below their capacity so we can grant passenger requests for empty adjacent seats
* Staged on- and off-boarding to permit social distancing
* New distancing procedures at all tour stops and attractions

Staff Health
* Symptom screening for driversbefore each tour
* Mandatory testing with confirmed exposure to COVID19
* (When available) Weekly antibody testing of drivers

We encourage guests to do their part and take the following “Touring Etiquette” precautions:
* Wash hands often with soap and water prior to boarding
* Bring a supply of disinfecting wipes for use while away from the tour vehicle
* Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with your hands
* Cover any cough or sneeze with a tissue and dispose of it
* Any flu-like symptoms, should reschedule their tour date
Alcatraz packages is easily to sold out, please book your tour as soon as possible; if the booking date is 3 months prior to your departure date, tour can be confirmed within 24 hours; if the booking date is less than 3 months prior to departure date, tour can be confirmed about 10 days.
This tour is non-refundable once you purchase it.
We offer pick-up locations at major hotels in downtown San Francisco or the Fisherman's Wharf area for the Yosemite Tour on Day 1. Please mark your hotel location in the comments column when booking. We will confirm availability.
Pick-up time is between 6:00 am to 7:00 am. Please arrive at the pick-up location 10-15 minutes prior to the pick-up time.
As a courtesy to fellow passengers it is important that guests be on time. Clients who are late or miss a scheduled pick-up time for the tour must please contact our office IMMEDIATELY. An alternate pick-up location may be arranged at the customer's expense. This is subject to availability. Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour, and no refund will be issued.
For child under 8 years old:
Please note that for your child's safety, we require you to bring a child safety seat or booster seat for all children that are not at least 8 years of age or 4' 9" or 144 cm in height as dictated by California State Law. You will be required to provide your own child seat on all motor vehicle tours. Failure to provide a seat for your child will result in forfeiture of your seats on the tour without refund. If your child is 8 years or older or 4’9” in height you do not need to provide a child seat, however, please let us know.
This tour is now available in English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Korean and Japanese. Please specify what language you wish your tour to be conducted.
Customers are allowed up to two items (ie. 1 Personal item + 1 carry-on) free of charge. These items must be within the size limitations. Each additional item above the allowance will incur a $25.00 excess luggage fee. Maximum Dimensions for Luggage - Carry on size: 24”x16”x10”, (or 60cm x 40cm x 25 cm). Any Oversize luggage larger than the maximum size noted is $50 regardless of personal items brought on board.(i.e. 1 Oversized Luggage - $50, 2 Oversized pieces = $100). We ask overnight guests to contact us at least 48 hours in advance to inform us about additional and/or oversize luggage.
We will assess a cleaning fee of up to $100 for any passenger who permanently stains or renders this vehicle temporarily unfit for passengers due to spillage of any substance such that the vehicle must be taken out of service and cleaned.
