Day 01

Los Angeles - Fresno - Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Park - Modesto

Hotel: Clarion Inn,Modesto or similar

We'll depart Los Angeles during the morning taking California's Highway 99 heading to Fresno to stop for lunch. Then, we'll head to Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Park - located adjacent to each other - for a day full of natural wonders including the main feature of the giant sequoia trees. We'll stay overnight in Modesto.

Tips:: Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Park is the official name which includes two parks, but we will only visit the part of Kings Canyon National Park.

Day 02

Modesto - Sacramento - Lake Tahoe - Reno

Hotel: Sands Regency or similar

On the tour's second day, we'll travel to the California state capital of Sacramento before going to one of Southern California's most popular vacation spots - Lake Tahoe. After spending time at the scenic lake, we'll head to "The Biggest Little City in the World" - Reno! There, you can choose to gamble or just see the city sights. We'll stay the night in Reno.

Day 03

Reno - Mono Lake - Red Rock Canyon State Park - Los Angeles

We'll leave Reno during the morning and drive to the beautiful Mono Lake, where we'll stop to admire this ancient saline lake. Next, we'll drive past Crowley Lake and Mount Whitney - the tallest summit in the contiguous United States. Our next stop will be the colorful Red Rock Canyon State Park! After some time exploring the park, we'll leave to head back to Los Angeles to arrive between 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM.

Tips:: There may be a half-hour to hour delay in the Los Angeles arrival time if there is heavy traffic or inclement weather.

As US west tours are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to cancel your order after confirmation, please check refund policy as following:

* 16 and More Days Prior to Departure Date: 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
* 11 - 15 Days Prior to Departure Date: 80% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
* 7 - 10 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
* 0 - 6 Days Prior to Departure Date: Non-refundable.

Amendment Policy:
As US west tours are very popular, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to make any change for your reservation, please check amendment policy as following:

* 0 - 6 Days Prior to Departure Date: No Amendment will be accepted.

3rd person Cancellation Policy for Buy 2 Get 3rd Discount:
We will reserve bus seats for 3rd discounted passengers. Please inform us at least 7 days prior to departure after confirmation, otherwise additional penalty fees will be charged:
* Cancellation made within:
* 1 - 6 Days Prior to Departure Date: $50.00/person penalty fee(Tour fee is non-refundable.);
* No-Show on Tour: $100.00/person penalty fee, paid in cash on tour by the other participating travelers of the reservation(Tour fee is non-refundable.).
According to the legal requirements of the destination, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. This also applies to hotel rooms. Violations are fined $300.00 or more (please refer to the hotel rules). Customers are responsible for paying fines and penalties.
To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during holiday season (New Year/Christmas).
If you need to change your pick-up location, please let us know 5 days in advance, otherwise it shall not be changed.
Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service to replace.
Multiple departure/pick up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/pick-up location (noted on your E-ticket) prior to departing on your tour/activity.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.

*No-shows will be assessed a penalty fee $100.00 per passenger(Tour fee is non-refundable.), that is to be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation.
*Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
*Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
*Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
*Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.

* Additional fees may apply for travelers under 2 years of age. Please ensure you inform us when booking if you are travelling with infants 2 years or younger by placing the number of infants and their dates of birth in the comments section when booking online.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
