Day 01

Vancouver - Kelowna - Lake Okanagan - Salmon Arm/Vernon

Hotel: Prestige Harbourfront Resort / Prestige Vernon or similar

Start our journey via the trans- Canada highway; pass through Fraser valley, and head east for Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley and home to world-class vintners. At Lake Okanagan, let us listen to its legendary story and search for the lake monster “Ogopogo”. Visit one of the most renowned wineries before settling down at Salmon Arm/Vernon in the evening.

Day 02

Salmon Arm/Vernon - Banff National Park - Sulphur Mountain Hotsprings - Banff

Hotel: Mount Royal Hotel / Canalta Lodge or similar

Proceed to the Eagle Pass and visit the “Last Spike” of the transcontinental railway connecting the east and the west. Travel through the Rogers Pass. After a thrilling banff gondola ride (optional) to the summit, you will be captivated by the majestic Rocky Mountains. Next, discover the town of Banff within the country’s first national park. Immerse your body in the soothing Banff Sulphur Mountain hotsprings (bonus adm.). Overnight at Banff.

Tips:: * Banff Gondola will be closed for maintenance from Jan 5 to 17, 2020.

Day 03

Banff - Lake Louise - Salmon Arm/Vernon

Hotel: Prestige Vernon / Salmon Arm or similar

Journey to Lake Louise, often referred as the “Jewel of the Rockies.”

The panoramic view of magnificent snow-capped mountains surrounding the emerald lake attracts millions of visitors worldwide. If weather permits, you may enjoy snowshoeing on the ice surface of Lake Louise.

You'll eat lunch at the scenic Chateau Lake Louise (meal plan). Settle down in Salmon Arm/Vernon for the evening.

Tips:: * Please notify us of your shoe size at the time of booking for the snowshoeing experience. There is a damage deposit required.

Day 04

Salmon Arm/Vernon - Kamloops - Ginseng Factory - Fraser Valley - Vancouver

Head west for the BC interiors and arrive at Kamloops, a city with over 2000 hours of sunshine per year. Visit the only GMP certified Ginseng factory in West Canada and learn about the amazing healing power of Ginseng. After passing by Hope and Hunter’s Creek, arrive in Vancouver in the late Afternoon.

If you want to stay in Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise or other 5-star hotels providing similar service on the second day, you can join our Canadian Rockies & Hot Springs Deluxe Tour.

* 26-33 days prior to departure date - 30% penalty
* 18-25 days prior to departure date - 50% penalty
* No refund/changes within 17-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services.

Outdoor activities are seasonal & weather dependent; Sulphur Mountain Hotsprings will have a fare of approx. $5.00 for the hotsprings accessories (towel, locker and swimwear).
Operations of Gondola, Snowshoeing, Banff Sulphur Mountain hotsprings and etc. are seasonal and weather-permitting; subject to change without notice.
Please remember to mark your shoe size when booking. Waterproof shoes are recommended. If you need snow shoes, there will be a $50.00 deposit required. It will be returned to you if the snow shoes are not damaged./LI>
A visa is not required for U.S. citizens. However, please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork is required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional charges may apply for transportation.
Please note that each person can have one medium suitcase and carry-on luggage. Extra luggage is subject to a surcharge of CAD $35 + tax.
Multiple departure/pick-up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/pick-up location (noted on your E-ticket) prior to departing on your tour/activity.
If you choose hotel extension, we can also provide free pickup/ dropoff service, pickup/ dropoff time is 8:00-21:30 for type A/B hotel, 8:00-20:00 for type C/D hotel.

2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

*Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
*Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
*Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room, but it can be requested at the time of check-in.
*Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
*Child rate applies when a 0-11 year-old child stays in one standard room as a third or fourth person.
***Customers traveling with an infant(s)(under 2 year-old) need to pay for the infant's tour fare. It is illegal to bring an infant on the tour bus without he/she having a seat. If guests don't pay for their infant, then they will not be able to board the bus. If you have an infant(s)(under 2 year-old) going on the tour, please leave a comment to notify us.
*If you purchase a meal plan, infants' meals(under 2 year-old) will be included and there will be no extra charge. Please contact us at service@tours4fun.com when making a booking to adjust your price.
All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 (non-refundable cleaning fee) and up.

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
