Known as both Austerlitz Castle and Slavkov Castle, this Baroque gem is located in the Czech Republic town of Slavkov u Brna. It was re-constructed during the 16th century on the site of a castle built by the Teutonic Knights in the early 12th century. The castle was designed by architect Domenico Martinelli. It has 116 rooms and a French garden resembling the Garden of Versailles. Visitors can view exhibitions, dine in the cafes or restaurant, and tour the palace and its grounds.
