Now the tea room for the Roman Baths, the Grand Pump Room still shows much of its former glory. Built between 1789 and 1799, it is attached to the ancient Roman Baths in Cotswolds. The elite used to come here and drink a glass of water while watching classical musicians perform. Today, the room is used as a cafe that serves breakfast, lunch and arguably the best Afternoon Tea in England.
