The 13th Century Verona house that is said have belonged to the real life Juliet Capulet of William Shakespeare's play "Romeo & Juliet" is situated on Via Cappello and was owned by the dell Cappello family for many years. Tourists flock to Juliet's House, or Casa di Giulietta, to see and stand on her world famous balcony or pose with the bronze statue of the literary heroine in the courtyard. There's a museum inside the house featuring 16th and 17th Century paintings and antiques relating to Shakespeare's play.
