More than 1,100 caves and gorges create this stunning natural landscape over approximately 36 square miles in the Eastern Czech Republic near the cities of Brno and Blansko. Moravian Karst, also called Moravský Kras, has been a Protected Landscape Region since 1956 and contains 14 nature reserves.
