National Museum of History
Located inside Chapultepec Castle, the National Museum of History in Mexico City hosts 12 show rooms displaying historical objects from throughout Mexico's history, including the conquest of the Spanish Empire, the War for Independence, and Revolution. At the top floor visitors can explore the museum library as well as see dioramas recreating castle rooms from the time of Emperor Maximilian I of Mexico and Princess Charlotte of Belgium.
