Another romantic Gothic Quarter gem, this diminutive square has a charming fountain and is overlooked by the Baroque church of the same name. Plaza Sant Felip Neri, which marks the entrance to the Jewish Quarter, also pays tribute via a plaque to 42 people who lost their lives in 1938 during a Fascist bombing raid, the scars of which can still be seen on the façade of the church.
