Zacharias of Hradec Square
Telc's main town square with its ornate arcade-front townhouses, outdoor cafes and specialty shops is a must-see when visiting this Czech city. Zacharias of Hradec Square is named after Lord Zacharias of Hradec, who had the area rebuilt in its current uniform state after a devastating 1530 fire. Many say the town square and the rest of Telc is appears to have come straight out of a fairytale!
