By accepting our policy, passengers should agree that we shall hold no responsibilities in itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, mechanical bus failures, accidents, weather or any other causes.
Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance before departure to ensure compensation for the unexpected causes above.
Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on the tour's start day. For the detailed arrangement, please email or call us prior to your departure date to re-confirm it. If you plan to leave in advance when on tour, we advise that you contact us for the final itinerary.
In the event that the local agency adjusted the order of itinerary and the customer booked their flight without the prior re-confirmation from Tours4Fun and could not leave the tour in the expected city, Tours4Fun shall take no responsibility.
During the spring and summer, we recommend that you wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During the fall and winter, we recommend that you wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.
In order to protect your personal property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any theft or loss at any location.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

*The third guest joins the tour for FREE on a shared room basis.

*Prices listed have been adjusted.

*** Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 5 days before the tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to the Cancellation Policy. Cancellations within 1-4 days before tour departure date will be assessed $135/Person as penalty fee. "No-shows" on the tour departure date will be assessed $135/Person as penalty fee. The penalty fee will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.

*Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.

*Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.

*Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third or fourth bed in the room, but it can be requested at the time of check-in.

*Price for a child applies when a 0-12 year-old child stays in one standard room as a third or fourth person.

*The maximum room capacity is four people including adult(s) and children/infants.

*A tour fee must be paid for all children (ages 0-12) to board the bus except for the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" tour when the third person is free. If the fourth person is a child for the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" tour, the customer is required to pay the fourth person's price. A child who is not paid for will not be able to board the bus on the tour day.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
