ItineraryUpon arrival at Chichen Itza, one of our expert guides will guide you to the wonders of this marvellous archaeological zone. Skip the lines and visit Chichen Itza, one of the largest Maya cities. Nowadays, Chichen Itza is undoubtedly the best-preserved Maya site on the Yucatan peninsula, and it was recently declared one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Different architectural styles are seen in Chichen Itza. Most famous landmarks are the Temple of Kukulkan (“El Castillo”), the Ballgame Court, the Platform of the Skulls, the Temple of the Jaguar, the Observatory, the One Thousand Columns, and the Sacred Cenote.
Then forget about the heat and jump into the refreshing waters of Cenote Hubiku.
This Sinkhole is considered one of the most beautiful in the area and is located a few minutes from Valladolid. The venue is unbeatable; the restaurant offers one of the best buffets in the area. There is the possibility to get to know the Tequila process in the Museum of Tequila and get an idea of how the Maya civilization used to live at the “Aldea Maya.” Cenote Hubiku is a perfect place to discover the nature of the Mayan Jungle.
After refreshing in the Cenote, we will have a buffet lunch and then continue to Valladolid to glimpse contemporary Mexico. Valladolid is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful colonial cities in Mexico due to the majesty of its temples and the ancestry of its old neighbourhoods.
