Hidden away on the tip of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula is a magical place full of color. These stunning cotton-candy pink lakes filled with salt are called Las Coloradas. You won’t want to miss the chance to take pictures with the breathtaking pink lakes, one of the most instagrammable spots in Mexico! After that, we will visit Cenote Hubiku and Cenote Suytun.

Las Coloradas Pink Lake(30mins) → Perico Marinero for lunch(60mins)→ Cenote Hubiku(40mins) → Cenote Suytun(20mins)


07:00~08:00 Depart from hotel.
11:30 First stop at Las Coloradas Pink Lake. Your driver will get you the ticket and, then you will be guided into the Las Coloradas by local staff. The visit takes 30 minutes.
12:00 Leave from Las Coloradas Pink Lake for lunch. You may share your lunch preference on the way to the restaurant.
12:30 Arrive at Perico Marinero for an one-hour lunch break.
13:30 Head to Cenote Hubiku after an 1.5-hour drive.
15:00 Arrive at Cenote Hubiku. Swimming is available here. The visit takes 40 minutes.
15:40 Head to Cenote Suytun after an 30-minute drive.
16:10 Stop at Cenote Suytun for sightseeing and photographing. Swimming is NOT available here. The visit takes 20 minutes.
16:30 Wrap up the day trip and leave for hotel.
18:30 Return back to hotel.

Las Coloradas Pink Lake
Hidden away on the tip of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula is a magical place full of color. These stunning cotton-candy pink lakes filled with salt are called Las Coloradas. The region is part of the Río Lagartos Biosphere Reserve, a protected wetlands area home to animals like flamingos, crocodiles, sea turtles, jaguars, and all kinds of sea birds. You may also have seen pictures of the breathtaking pink lakes, one of the most instagrammable spots in Mexico, through various social medias.

Cenote Hubiku
Cenote Hubiku is a popular cenote complex located between Valladolid and the Ek Balam ruins. The underground, semi open cenote has an opening in its roof where both natural lights and tree roots cascade towards its waters. At times, a small waterfalls cascades through the gap sending a spray of water down into the cenote. In fact, the Maya name Hubiku refers to its vast size and translates to “Iguanas Nest” or “the Great Lord”.

Cenote Suytun
One thin stone walkway stretching out into a perfectly still pool of turquoise water has slowed thousands of thumbs as they scroll Instagram feeds, which makes Cenote Suytun the most instagrammable cenote. Cenote Suytun is naturally stunning, but the simple stone pier that was placed inside the cenote makes it look so mysterious. A narrow stone walkway leads to a circular platform which sits directly under the opening in its roof – standing on the platform when the light beams are directly overhead is almost an otherworldly experience and the photos are mesmerizing. It is also referred in Pixar's movie Coco, where Miguel and his grandfather eventually recognize each other.
