* Cancellation must be submitted 4 days prior to tour service. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged the full rate.
* A 10% service fee is withheld for any cancelled reservation paid by credit card.
* No shows will incur full charges - No refund. - ADA accessible:
* Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to date and time of service. Hoku Hawaii Tours will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
* Collapsible Wheelchairs ONLY weighing 50 lbs. or less (Wheelchair lift NOT available on vehicle).
- Guests must be able to walk up steps onto the vehicle.
- Guests must be travelling with someone to assist loading and unloading of the wheelchair.
* Not all stops on this tour are ADA accessible.
* USS Bowfin Submarine is not ADA accessible - No personal items can remain on the bus.
- Due to security requirements at the USS Arizona Memorial, bags, and purses are not allowed. The official bag policy can be found on the National Park Service website, www.nps.gov/valr/planyourvisit/safety.htm.
- Cameras are permitted. No camera bags are allowed.
- Strollers are not allowed in movie theatre, on Navy shuttle boat to the USS Arizona Memorial, or on the USS Arizona Memorial.
- All Admissions to activities on tour are included.
- USS Arizona Audio Tour, Bowfin Submarine Audio Tour and USS Missouri Guided Tour are included.
* Pearl Harbor Audio Tour includes audio in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, German, French and Spanish.
* Bowfin Submarine Audio Tour includes languages in Japanese, Korean and Mandarin

- Guests should wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Guests should be able to walk up steps.
- Guests may want to bring light jacket in case there is rain at Pearl Harbor.
- Routes and time may be modified or restricted due to circumstances beyond the control of local operator.
- Baggage and parcel policy:
Due to heightened security measures the following baggage and parcel control policy is in effect for all Pearl Harbor attractions: Visitors are not allowed to bring bags of any size. This includes backpacks, diaper bags, fanny packs, camera bags, purses, luggage, shopping bags, large cameras or other items that can offer concealment.
- Above prices are subject to change due to additional transportation fee depending on your hotel pickup location. Please contact us to offer your specific hotel location after booking. We need to know where your hotel is so we can give you instructions about transportation. Most times we are able to pick you up at your hotel or a nearby hotel. Otherwise, you will be instructed on where to wait for your pick up when we confirm your order.
- Please arrive at hotel pickup location 10-15 minutes prior to pickup. All times are approximations. The real pick up time depends on the hotel distance.
- Moderate walking; please wear walking shoes and dress comfortably (expect sun, wind and at times rain conditions).
- Children under the age of 4 are free and must be seated on an adult's lap. If you require a seat for a child under 4, please purchase a child's admission.
