A free multi-language audio tour is now available in nine languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, French, Japanese, Korean, German & Taiwanese. Please bring your Wi-Fi enabled device to access the tour.

Tickets are non-refundable.
Facemasks are required on board all of our tours and ferries for passengers 3 years old and up. There are hand sanitizers onboard, and our vessel crew members sanitize high touch areas before, during, and after every cruise.
This is a cruise around Alcatraz Island, not a Alcatraz interior tour)
Tickets are valid for any departure time for up to six (6) months from date of purchase.
Please print your confirmation page to exchange for prepaid tickets at our kiosk.
Departure time is subject to change without notice.
Cruises may not operate during inclement weather. Check with the ticket booth for the most updated schedule.
Please arrive at the pier 39 at least 30 minutes before the tour is scheduled to depart. Tickets are distribute at a first come, first serve basis, and if you do not check in early than we cannot guarantee your departure.
Wear layered clothing in autumn and winter to ensure comfort in colder temperatures. Bring a light jacket or windbreaker in spring and summer, as the afternoons can be cool at times.
To protect your own property, please carry all valuable items on your person at all times. Do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction, restaurant, etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft at any location.

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
