Our tours generally depart from 90 Wellington Street (in front of the Terry Fox Statue, directly across the street from Parliament Hill, corner Metcalfe) although FIT and group clients may be met at certain downtown hotels if requested in advance. Tours last approximately 2-2.5 hours. Our guide will meet clients at the statue or hotel lobby with a sign 5 minutes prior to the pre-arranged tour departure time. The tour will ALWAYS end in the By Ward Market. This is at the bottom of the hill and where all the pubs and restaurants are located so people get lunch or a beverage afterwards. It is only a 5-8 minute walk from the Terry Fox statue.Meeting Point

- Cancellation Policy
a. 10 days prior to departure date: 10% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
c. From 4 to 9 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
d. 3 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement;
e. Should the clients fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.
