GIFT CERTIFICATE PROMOTION:

Purchase must be made by March 31, 2015 for travel before December 31, 2015. The voucher can be applied towards the purchase of any other European tour, activity, or hotel available onTours4fun.com
Gift Certificate is valid on orders with a subtotal of $999 or more, placed on Tours4fun.com.
The Gift Certificate allows for a credit of $100 credit per $999, with a maximum credit of $500 per order.

Gift Certificate credit is valid only through the purchase of tours included within the #HaveFunOnUs Promotion landing page.
Gift certificate will be issued after the original purchase is paid in full. Gift Certificate is only valid for redemption of European products.

“Purchased” order/tour/activity refers to the original order that is eligible for this promotion based on a value of $999 or more.
“Redeemed” order/tour/activity refers to items booked with the Gift Certificate value.
Gift Certificate redemption is reliant on space availability for selected tours and activities.
Gift Certificate value can be credited to orders/tours/activities of the greater or lesser value.
Any order/tour/activity exceeding the value of the Gift Certificate will require additional payment.
The payment amount will be the difference between the Gift Certificate value and the value of the redeemed order/tour/activity.
Booking of redeemed order/tour/activity must be made by December 31, 2015.
Gift Certificate promotion is only applicable to tours and activities on the Tours4Fun.com website that have available operation dates at the time of booking.
Any unused Gift Certificate value will be forfeited after December 31, 2015 at 11:59 pm PST.
Client using this Gift Certificate in any manner shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

EXCLUSIONS:

Gift Certificate is not valid with any other discounts, sales, or offers.
Gift Certificate is limited to a one time use per order; is non-transferable, is not for resale and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Certificate is not valid on prior purchases, Tours4Fun gift cards, theme park tickets, optional tours, hotel extensions, and hotel stays for redeemed tours/activities, and transportation.
Gift Certificate cannot be used to pay for taxes or other service charges.

CANCELLATIONS:

If a Gift Certificate is used and the order is partially or completely cancelled, returned, or rejected, client will be refunded the actual amount paid and the Gift Certificate will be considered void.
