Tours4Fun is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or provide this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. Tours4Fun collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address and payment information such as credit card numbers. Tours4Fun also requires you to submit a user name and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your user name and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone.

Registration

In order to process your reservation using this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you are required to give your contact information, which includes name, e-mail, telephone number and physical address. This information is used to contact you about your reservation on Tours4Fun.com such as sending automated order status updates.

Reservation

Most of the information collected during the registration process will be used to process reservations. During the reservation process, you must provide additional financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order information, wire transfer data or account information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your reservation. If we have trouble processing your reservation, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties. The only exception is when processing your credit card information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. 1. ELIGIBILITY

This Tours4Fun Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec Province), who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry (the "Entrants" ). Employees, officers and representatives of Tours4Fun (the "Sponsor"), and its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), are NOT eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, municipal, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, outside the United States & Canada, and wherever else prohibited or restricted.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. TIMING

The Sweepstakes begins on April 7, 2015 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on May 6, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the only official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Tours4Fun Sweepstakes, visit www.tours4fun.com/landing/sweepstakes-london-paris-trip.html (the "Website") during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, and follow the instructions to complete the online registration form providing a valid email address and submit the entry form. After you have fully completed the entry form and submitted the required information, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. By clicking "Submit," you agree that you have read and consent to be bound by these Sweepstakes Official Rules ("Rules") and the Privacy Policy of Tours4Fun. All information must be complete in accordance with the terms hereof to be eligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email newsletters and other correspondence periodically from Tours4Fun. You can opt out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. Personal information collected from entrants is used only for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor.

Bonus Entries

After an Entrant submits an entry on the Website during the Entry Period, he/she may follow the links and instructions to share the Sweepstakes on the Entrant's own social networking channels, including any email accounts, Facebook timeline, Twitter feed, Google+ circle and Pinterest board. All the service terms and conditions of the above social networking channels apply. Message and data rates may apply if using a mobile device to share. Entrant will receive one (1) bonus entry when an individual clicks through the shared link via Entrant's email, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or Pinterest post and successfully enters the Sweepstakes each time.

Restrictions/Limitation

Each Entrant may enter up to 5 times per day by any method or combination of methods of entry during the Entry Period. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" of an email address is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

6. WINNER DETERMINATION and VERIFICATION

One (1) potential winner ("Potential Winner") will be selected randomly by the Sponsor during the Entry Period indicated above. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Winner will be notified by email on or about May 14, 2015. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential winner is subject to verification by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. An Entrant is NOT a winner of any prize, even if the sweepstakes should so indicate, unless and until Entrant's eligibility, and the prize winner have been verified and the Entrant has been notified that verification is complete. The Sponsor will not accept screenshots or any other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. If the potential winner fails to be verified, or is disqualified for any reason, or in the event that any prize notification or attempted notification e-mail to the potential winner is returned as undeliverable, or if any attempted notification by e-mail is not successful within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. The winner will be solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes as well as license and registration fees incurred by participating in the sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, transportation costs, gratuities and other items of an incidental nature. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other products or services. The Winner agrees to the use of his or her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation (except where prohibited). By entering this sweepstakes, the Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has the right to publicize, by any medium, Winner's name, voice and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto.

7. PRIZE

One (1) Prize (the "Prize")

The Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to London and Paris consisting of the following: (i) $1,000 per couple Air Credit on 2015 Monograms 'A Week In London and Paris' trip booked through Tours4fun; (ii) six (6) nights local hotel accommodations including buffet breakfast daily; (iii) local host service and destination guides with city maps, sightseeing with a Monograms Local Guide, inside visits and special features; (iv) transportation by high-speed Eurostar train from London-Paris with porterage; transfers to/from train stations; (v) shopping discounts in Paris at the famous Galeries Lafayette; (vi) all taxes related to the trip. The travel must be completed by 12/31/2015. Travel must be booked sixty (60) days prior to the departure date. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round-trip. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation or delay of any flight. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize trip package: $4,400 USD. Actual value of the Prize may vary based on departure dates. The Prize Winner will not receive the difference between actual value and ARV.

All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, passport and visa fees, insurance of any kind, optional experiences purchased on trip, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Travel package does not include transportation to the location of air travel departure, gratuities, bar and beverage charges or items of a personal nature. Prize Winner's travel companion must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure. No travel companion under the age of twenty-one (21) will be eligible. The travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Prize Winner. The travel companion must consent to liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. The Prize Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. The Prize Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting the prize and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to, consumption of alcoholic beverages. The Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or component thereof for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The Prize Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

8. RELEASE

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Tours4Fun, those working on their behalf, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability (including without limitation the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information), either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to participation in this Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize or any other substitute.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of Winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration and will provide consent in writing to such use.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or to modify the Official Rules as required by law. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Released Parties are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, omission, interruption, deletion or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Website, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest or Twitter; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; and any entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or any combination thereof. Online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, that Entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

12. DISPUTES

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that 1.) Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; 2.) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and 3.) Under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The value of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor's good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed.
