2. Requirements on transfer time:
* Regular time: 8:00 am-10:00 pm
* Other time: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am the next day, an additional $25.00/time is surcharged. An additional service fee: $5.00/person (Please pay in cash to the driver.)
3. Service Fee for the driver (min. $5.00/time per person. Please pay in cash to the driver.)
4. If you need Brand pick-up service, additional $25.00/time is surcharged.
5. If you need to assist with check-in during drop-off service, additional $25.00/time is surcharged.
6. Requirements on the number of people and baggage :
* The model we use is a 7-seater (the driver's seat is included), so it can carry up to 6 additional passengers. With 6 passengers, it can carry 4 shipping boxes (standard size) + 2 carry-on Baggage (standard size allowed on board)
* This model can carry up to 4 guests if there is 1 piece of checked-in baggage per person and 1 piece of carry-on baggage per person.

【Pick-up notes】
1. Driver's waiting time:
The waiting time for domestic flights is calculated based on 1 hour after the flight arrival time, and the price of timeout is $30.00/hour outside of 1 hour.
The waiting time for international flights is calculated based on 2 hours after the flight arrival time, and the price of overtime is $30.00/hour outside of 2 hours.
* Please pay in cash to the driver for overtime expenses.
2. Pick-up location:
Please contact the driver at the nearest exit and inform the driver of the terminal number and another identification number above the exit after you get your baggage at baggage claim. The driver will know your specific location. Please wait for the driver.

【Drop-off notes】
* The drop-off time is based on the time of the meeting with the guests.
* Please note:
US domestic flights need to arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance.
US international flights need to arrive at the airport 3 hours in advance.

No additional fee for first 20 miles from the airport and additional $25.00 is surcharged for each extra 10 miles.

【Pick-up location】
After you get your baggage at the baggage claim, please contact the driver and inform him of the terminal number and another identification number above the exit. The driver will get your position and he will find you. Please see the attached diagram:
