* Clients who are not staying locally in Niagara Falls or who may be driving in for the day can meet their tour at one of our central pick-up locations in Niagara Falls, NY.
* Clients utilizing central parking locations are required to contact local operator to confirm their scheduled pick-up time.
* Pick-up service outside the local Niagara Falls area is available upon request. Reservations are required for pick-up services outside the local Niagara Falls area. (Additional fees may apply, you may contact us to make a reservation.)
* The Maid of the Mist operates Early April - Early December (Subject to weather conditions). The Niagara Legends of Adventure Movie replaces the Maid of the Mist boat ride during the off-season.
* The Cave of the Winds Gorge Walk is subject to availability.

Special Notes
- You are required to call the number on your E-Ticket, 48 hours or more PRIOR to your tour to confirm your reservation and your scheduled pick-up time. When contacting local operator, you will be provided your scheduled pick-up time based on your pick-up location; If you fail to contact local operator, you will be considered a "No Show"; Now Shows are nonrefundable.
- MANDATORY border crossing requirements:
* PASSPORT OR OTHER Accepted and or Required Border Crossing Documentation (All Travelers)
* COVID-19 VACCINATION PROOF Card, Paperwork or Electronic (Non-U.S. Citizens ONLY) - Hotel pick-up is available at every hotel and any address/location in Niagara Falls, New York. As long as the pick-up address is "Niagara Falls", the pick-up is complimentary. Please note your hotel address in the comment section when completing your reservation.
- This tour may be cancelled due to lack of passengers since it requires at least two (2) passengers. We will confirm your ticket and notify you a minimum of 24 hours prior to the service date of any cancellations.
- Departure time may vary. Please arrive at the pick-up location 15-20 minutes ahead of the tour time.
- The Cave of the Winds Trip may not be included in the tour on or during holiday weekends due to extreme delays.
- The Maid of the Mist operates Early April - Early December (Subject to weather conditions). The Niagara Legends of Adventure Movie replaces the Maid of the Mist boat ride during the off-season.
- We have been experiencing longer than normal tour durations. Extended service times and wait times are beyond our control.
- During the spring and summer, we recommend that you wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During the fall and winter, we recommend that you wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather. - In order to protect your personal property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any theft or loss at any location.
