Day 01

Phoenix - Sonoran Desert - Sedona - Grand Canyon

Hotel: The Grand Hotel or similar

Travel through the Sonoran desert and red rock areas of Sedona. Then travel through the Navajo Nation to visit a local trading post with a great selection of arts and souvenirs. Upon arrival at Grand Canyon National Park, tour the East Rim drive for stops at dramatic viewpoints. Then enjoy time in the Grand Canyon Village area for views or a nature walk before checking into your local accommodations.

Day 02

Grand Canyon - Phoenix

This morning, relax at your hotel, then there is plenty of time to explore, take a nature walk, shop or simply enjoy the view.

07 - 15 Days Prior to Departure Date - 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded

25 or More Days - 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded

If you need to book a flight, we recommend that you book your flight after you receive a confirmation email from Tours4Fun for your reservation within one to two business days.

We want you to be as comfortable as possible. Casual dress is suggested on all tours (shorts, jeans, comfortable shoes). Remember that the Grand Canyon is 25-30°F cooler than Phoenix and vary by season, so we recommend our guests bring jackets in the event of changing weather patterns.
In order to protect your personal property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any theft or loss at any location.
One standard size carry-on (9”x14”x22”) and one personal item (ex. purse or camera bag) per person ONLY. This policy is strictly enforced. Space is at a premium for guest comfort. Extra luggage cannot be transported.
Cancellation Policy:
-If amendment is made within 9 days(workday) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
-If amendment is made 10-15 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
-If amendment is made 16-24 days before departure date, 25% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

*Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.

*Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.

*Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third or fourth bed in the room, but it can be requested at the time of check-in.

*Price for child applies when a 4-15 years old child stays in one standard room as a third or fourth person. No children under 4 years.

*Maximum room capacity is four people including adult and child/infant.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
