View the spectacular world-famous New York City skyline from atop one of its best known structures at the Empire State Building's two observation decks. Its 102nd floor observatory is the highest city spot that the public can access for a panoramic vision of "The Big Apple" in the indoor gallery. The 86th floor observatory has both an outdoor terrace with binoculars and an indoor gallery for a 360-degree perspective of the magnificent cityscape. A saxophone player performs at the 86th floor location from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. from Thursday-Saturday.
