Travelers of this 151-mile section of road hugging Australia's southeastern coast will be in awe of the breathtaking beauty with sites such as the Twelve Apostles, Otway Ranges, quaint seaside towns and stunning beaches. Great Ocean Road was built between 1919-32 by veterans and dedicated to soldiers killed during World War I. It stretches from Torquay to Allansford in the state of Victoria. It is on the Australian National Heritage List and a major tourist attraction.
