After paying full amount, it states that it is only a reservation, we will need final confirmation to be emailed within 1 to 2 business days...what if date we booked is full or not running? And we cannot change our date. Will our full payment be refunded fully without any deductions since the trip not pushing thru or not avail is not our fault?

If you wish to self-dismiss while on the tour, you need to coordinate with the tour or inform us upon booking online by leaving a message in the note; however, there will be no refund for any unused service.
You can place your reservation online. Once you are on the website with your desired package tour, just click on the "BOOK NOW" button, select your preferred tour date, number of rooms needed per traveler, and your choice of optional tours.
Please note that making a reservation online is subject to availability and final confirmation.

As Yellowstone tours are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make a reservation. Any amendment will be assessed with a $30.00 amendment fee.
Once confirmed, 30% of the tour fee will not be refunded if canceled. 50% of the tour fee will not be refunded for Yellowstone cabin tours.
