Questions:
1)Is the Pick Up available in Brooklin on that date, or we have to choose an other pick up Location?
2) As far as the "package excludes", Admission optional Tours, can we purchase the ticket directly to the giude or we need to purchase them individually to each admission office?
3)Is there a minimum number of passenger you have to collect? If you don't rich the number, what is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, the Brooklyn pick up location is only available until September 1st.On your desired departure date you will need to choose a different pick up location.
The tour guide will collect the money for the optional tours and purchase the tickets for the group as a whole.
After a reservation has been made and we receive full payment it takes between 1-2 days to confirm the tour.
If we are unable to confirm the tour on your desired departure date we will issue a full refund.
Once your tour is confirmed, we will issue your E-Ticket which will have an emergency contact number. You may also call our office for assistance.

If the weather is bad and the airlines cancel the flights we do not get any refund - is this correct? Will Tours4Fun reschedule the tour at no extra cost? We are travelling to NY from overseas and are only in NY for a short period of time.

If the tour provider cancels the flight, you will be asked to reschedule. A full refund for the tour will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation.

If your flight is cancelled your reservation will still be subject to the standard cancellation policy.

We (4 of us) are looking to do your 1 day tour on December 28 2013. If the weather conditions are extreme preventing the required flights on that day will we get a full refund as its unlikely we could reschedule due to limited time?

We´re only going to be in Las Vegas for a few days. What if we book a tour with you that has to be cancelled due to weather and we can not go another day? Will we get a 100% refund? Also, I can see differing answers in previous Q&A´s on whether there will be any surcharges on top of the tour fee. Please confirm there will be no surcharges such as fuel, processing fees etc.

Hello.. I am planning to take this tour with a friend and shall be paying for 2 of us.. But there is equal possibility of my friend not coming.. In such case, do I still get charged for 2 or do I get some refund ?
If I book the tour, and until the date of the tour, only two of us, where's no body join the tour, is the tour still running?

The tours offer limited departure dates per year, and have historically all departed as scheduled. In the case that the tour is canceled by the tour operator for whatever reason you will immediately be notified with a rescheduling or refund option made available.
The full amount is pre payable to allow us to hold seats for a reservation for this tour.
If the helicopter trip is cancelled due to poor weather, will I be able to join a bus tour instead on the same day or next day as well as being refunded the price difference?

1. Since we must apply for the U.S VISA first, do we have to pay the fare tour as a FULL PAYMENT or we can pay the DEPOSIT first?
- If we can pay the deposit first, how much is that?
- Can u send the ITENERARY after we pay the deposit?
2. Do we get the REFUND otherwise of FULL PAYMENT or DEPOSIT, if our U.S visa is denied?
3. Do u provide BREAKFAST in each hotel during the tour?
