What is the minimum number of people required to join this tour in order for tour to operate? Is this particular tour always full during the summer time? If this tour does not meet the minimum standards, would the few who booked still be able to go or will we get refunded? Thanks for your reply.

Due to the seasonality and popularity of our Yellowstone tours, their offered departures will likely all sell out usually weeks before their departure dates.
If the tour is not able to operate you will get your refund and/or we can offer another tour for you to take.

1) If I cannot make it for the tour, what is the cancellation fee?
2) when do I have to cancel it to get 100% refund?
3) When we return to San Francisco, can you give us a ride to the airport?

What would the price for quads be if we book our own accommodation? I'm interested because we have already booked accommodation in LV and cannot get a refund if we cancel.

Unfortunately, we cannot separate the hotel accommodations from the tour package price.
The hotel accommodations are made as group bookings, and we can offer you a low price on the tour because of the discounts we receive for making a group booking.
The price of the tour only includes the bus transportation and hotel accommodations.

Hi! We would like to book this tour program for 4 persons during Jan 10th 2013. However, we need to apply for visa so it is necessary for us to show up my reservation tour and also the flight ticket to the embassy. For the reason, is that possible to make a deposit tour? The deposit slip is also required for applying visa. Does it cost us anything to change our air itinerary? If the traveling program is cancellation, you can have the deposits with non-refund. 2. The tour you have selected does visit both the Canadian and American sides of Niagara Falls in one day, if time permits.
Please note: There are 2 segments for this tour. The 1st segment goes on tours on the US side. The 2nd segment goes on tours on the Canadian side. Each Segment takes about 4-5 hours to run. You may take both segments in one day if there is enough time, however; if there is too much traffic on that day, you will have to take each segment on different days. (Especially Holidays).
3. The tour coach does not offer a restroom; however, the tour guide will make stops for the customers to go to the restroom.
