Breakfast is not included in any of the hotels including the hotel upgrades in Los Angeles. The total amount includes 7 nights hotel accomodations, professional tour coach bus, professional tour guide , and complimentary SFO airport pick-up (8:00am-10:00pm) and LAX drop-off. Refunds will be considered for theme park cancellations due to severe weather.
I understand that if the number of people in our group goes beyond 10, we will be getting a 5% group discount. We were told that we will be getting a refund for the discount - our question is in what form? Will we be given a credit on the credit card that we used in paying for the tour?

We are planning to book the 81-141 tour of Niagra falls/corning glass tour on 3rd or 4th of January.
We will be travelling from Australia.
My questions are: We will be travelling out of USA on 6th of Jan, 2012. What will be your advice: to start on 3rd or on 4th. In case there is a cancellation of your tour(not by us), in that case will there be any refund as we will not be able to avail the tour in another day.
Will we able to go to the Canada side in the evening or in the next morning on our own, as we have heard that the Canada side of the falls is much more exciting.

Since you will be traveling out of USA on 01/06/2012, you can start your tour either on the 3rd or the 4th. If you start on the 3rd, you can have the 5th as a free day to relax or sightseeing before you leave the U.S.
In your case, there will be a refund available due to a cancellation of this tour (by our fault).
Unfortunately, there will not be enough time for you to go to the Canada side during this tour.
You will stay at a 3-star rated hotel(such as Holliday Inn or a similar hotel) in Bufallo, Manchester or Amherst for the night.
Since I wish to book a tour in the month of Dec'11, wanted to check that in case a tour is cancelled from your end due to bad weather conditions, how does the refund work ?
