1) Is pick up at hotel OK?
2) For the 4 hour tour @ $372.00 ea. can we have one helicopter just for us?
3) Does it land at the canyon?
4) How bad does the weather need to be to prevent us from going? In this case, do we have a full refund?
1. Yes, we will pick up from the MGM Grand for this tour. 2. The helicopter usually fit around 5-7 passengers depending on weight, so it is very likely for your group of 6 to get the helicopter to yourselves. 3. Yes, this tour does land at the canyon. 4. We would not fly if it is raining a bit hard, or if there are heavy mist. If this happens then we would either try to reschedule for you, or we would provide a full refund.

hi, may i know if i am able to choose to end the tour on the 9th day at
san diego seaworld, as i will like to spend more time in san diego before returning to LA. And in such a case, as i will be mssing out on Universal studios on the last day, may i get a refund for the ticket or can i be given the ticket and visit universal studios at my own time own target? thank you.
Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
The itinerary listed online may not be the itinerary you will be given, due to your tour start date. We are unsure of your tour departure date, and therefore are unable to check to see what your itinerary could be.
As this is a pre-packaged group tour, portions of the tour unused will not be refunded. Theme park tickets must be used on the day provided by the tour guide.

My friend and I were supposed to go to the niagara falls yesterday. Unfortunately, it was cancelled because of the hurricane. Thus, What must we do so as to be refunded?
Planning to take the 3 day tour this Friday Aug 23rd.However unsure iof the weather (hurricane Irene) in case I go ahead and book and there is some change in plan due to weather will i be refunded/allowed to modify the trip without any penalty?
Also when trip in underway if it rains how does it work?

I am doing a three week tour in the USA & have a full day free in Las Vegas on Independence day 4th July, can you tell me what time the 4 hour Celebration Grand Canyon tour starts & finishes as we have tickets for a dinner show in the evening & want to know if we have time to fit this tour in, we will be staying at the Tropicana Hotel would we have the Hotel pickup included in this tour or not. Also if for some reason this tour got cancelled due to weather conditions on the day, would I get a full refund as I would not be in Las Vegas long enough to take the tour another day, I also would be booking this tour from my end in the UK.

This tour has various departure times. When booking, please let us know what time your dinner show is, so that we can arrange for your flight to drop you off back at your hotel before then. This tour has hotel pick up and drop off and is approximately 4 hours from hotel to hotel.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather, we will refund you a 100% of tour costs for this tour.
