Q: We are travelling from Australia in December and would like to book a tour on 26th or 27th December. Is there the possibility the plane flight may be cancelled due to bad weather and in that case would we be refunded our ticket price. Thank you Steven

Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.

We do not offer Visa invitations for customers applying for visitor Visas. If you should cancel this tour, there will be a cancellation fee charged. The cancellation fee is dependant upon the tour date and the date of when the cancellation was received.

Q: Hi, I am planning to this package from May 19th - May 24th. The itinerary asks to book return Ticket from Vancouver after 9:30pm on last day of the trip. Please suggest by what time should we be able to reach airport so that I can book my tickets accordingly. Is 11 pm timing for the flight safe enough? Also as per the itinerary, the site admission fees written are the mandatory ones to be paid at the start of the trip. But if I do not want to take SnowCoach for example. At the end of the tour, we will arrive at airport at about 7:30pm and as long as your flight is after 9:30pm, you are ensured that you can catch you flight. For the mandatory admission fees, we expect each customer pay for it as they are included in the planned tour package. The mandatory fees price is set and cannot be reduced or refunded for activites not participated in.

If you book your flights before your tour is confirmed, you might not have a tour.
Please always book your flights after you receive the confirmation for your tour. We will send you the official confirmation letter and we will let you know when you would need to book your flight and submit your flight information.

Full payment is required upon booking for confirmation.
Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. There is a minimum number of passengers required for the Canada tour to depart. We will do our best to let you know if there is not enough passengers for the tour. Generally we will have enough passengers during the heavier summer season. For US side tours, we almost always have enough participants. So, if possible, we suggest you take a US side tour.If the reservation is not available, we will refund you the tour in full.
