I can see in the past Q&A, someone mentioned the change of tour cancellation due to lack of customer volume, will it happen on Sep,15-16 under this 2 days tour? if yes, plus we would not like to attend any other 2 days' tour in the same period, will you refund me all the deposit?

I would like to add myself to the Yellowstone tour # 1762 referred to in the previous question. I will be coming in from Houston to Denver with the rest of that group. I will be sharing a room with two of the people who are already registered and paid for the tour, putting 3 of us in one room room. In the previous question from Pui you indicated I could pay the cost of a 3 persons to a room ticket, and the other two girls in the room would get a refund since three instead of two will be staying in the room. Please let me know how I can pay for my ticket and register for the tour. I would like to pay by credit card.
