i intend to take the seven day grand canyon tour departing from los angeles in late may 2018. when do u start displaying ur dates for next year? will u postpone or change dates if u dont have enough people n if so will u refund deposit fully? i,m sure u understand that we will book our connecting flights much earlier n its not possible to change dates?

Date changes can be made if requested outside of 7 days from the tour's departure date with a change fee charged along with any different in the tour fares.

We will only be in Vancouver for one full day. Should the day we plan to take your tour not have enough people registered, will we be able to get a refund since we will not be in Vancouver to schedule another day?

Hi, we will be coming from Paris by bus, and the arrival in Zurich says 8:30am. I'm just worried that the bus will have delays in traffic and suddenly won't make it at 9:30am. (I'm not sure how buses work in Europe)
But if ever it gets delayed, will we be able to get a refund of the Titlis tour that we won't get to enjoy?

Hi! I am trying to book :Product Code: 6-732. On the third day, after the grand canyon tour. We would like to check in at a different hotel. Can we bring our luggage in the morning and later, after the grand canyon tour, could you drop us off our new hotel?
Also, will there be a refund if we don't stay at the hotel the group tour assigned and if we don't join the ride back to San Francisco? Thanks!

The tour price remains the same even though you get another hotel to stay in Las Vegas.
Drop offs will not be provided at locations not included in the tour itinerary.
We do have limited seats available on certain dates. We suggest you make your reservation now to secure your space on your desired departure date.

We will close out dates about a month prior if the minimum requirement is not met by that time. The tour's scheduled travel dates may, on rare occasions cancel out due to minimum requirements not being met.

Will this tour be held in 23 Nov this year? When will I know that the tour will be confirmed (that is, no cancellation without enough people joining)? If cancellation is triggered by your side could I get any refund?
