Hi, May i know the itinerary of this tour? Where will we be visiting? Is early May a good time to visit the National Park? What will i expect to see?
In the special Notes, it states: If the ferry closed or be late due to some special reason, we'll drive back to Seattle and refund $10/person.
Will we be taking ferry? if the ferry is closed, does that mean that the tour is cancelled?

The main points we will visit are Hurricane Ridge and Lake Crescent. You will enjoy the beautiful view along the whole way.
The weather is nice in May to visit the National Park.
The ferry is subject to the daily weather condition, we will not be able to confirm wether is closed or not at this moment. The tour will not be cancelled if the ferry is not available.

1- If we chose Newport Resort in June 2017, and you can not get this hotel for us, will you refund money to us? We don't want a substitute of another hotel.
2- If we choose standard hotel, how far we can walk to the beach?
3- What time are we back to hotel daily? Do we have time to go to the beach if we stay at a beach hotel?

Please note that hotels will be subject to availability. If you choose the hotel and it will not be available, of course, a refund will be provided to you, however, you will need to choose the next available accommodation for the tour.
The standard hotel will have the same access to the area as long as you are in the designated hotel location. Please note that hotel information will be available one prior to your tour.
Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day. The mall transfer of $20.00 is the fee for the one-way transfer from your hotel to the mall.

We will be arriving NYC JFK on the 3rd May at 7.00AM. We will take your tour the next day. Do you arrange accommodation too? Can we get special price?As we would be better to stay at the same hotel in NYC for the 3rd ,as on the 4th may ,we will take your tour. If we cancelled the tour do we get refund? Accommodations for the tour will be arranged in New Jersey for the first night. You can include a request to add on a pre tour extension to the package by including this in the reservation request section when placing your order online.

Has there been incidents that a a 1st-2nd week of March tour has been cancelled by tours for fun due to anything?
If yes, do they refund 100% of payment? And do they provide any hotels for the days the tour was cancelled?

We did not have the experience of cancellation of a March tour before. But any tour may be cancelled due to extreme weather or bad road condition. If so, we will issue full refund. You will need to arrange hotels for those days on your own.

Meals are usually not included in the total tour package price and will have to be paid for through the course of the tour. Breakfast is not included but you will always have the option to eat at the hotel before you depart for the tour. Please note that you will be responsible for those charges before hotel checkout.

Tour guides and drivers rely upon the service fees charged on the tour to supplement their income.
