My wife and I are from New Zealand and are traveling to New York, we are keen to go check out the Niagara Falls, just wondering if the Canada tour is via plane or coach? Also we are staying in Inwoods, is there somewhere close that we could be picked up from, and approximately what time will pick up be?
Also My wife is gluten free, will there be a possibility of her getting a gluten free lunch option? And if weather is bad, and the tour is cancelled, will there be a full refund of price and/or and option to book another date?

This is an airplane tour.
This tour includes pick-up services from/to any Midtown hotel located between 23rd Street and 74th Street to/from New York City airports.
**The pick-up services will be available only at hotels and at the Radio City Apartment Hotel. At any other accommodation (e.g., apartment hotels, hostel, motel and bed & breakfast), no pick-up service is available.
We suggest you can leave us the address of the closest hotel from your location when booking online then our local office can confirm the pick-up time to you or they can advise the closest pick-up location to you based on your note.
There will be no meal included in the tour price and the tour guide wil advise some food courts for you then you and your wife can decide for your lunch.
If the tour was cancelled due to our reasons, the tour price would be fully refunded to you OR you can choose to reschedule the tour date freely.

I am interested to get the tour (Product Code: 2-351) for myself and the date I am looking at will be 4 Nov 2016. I have couple of questions before I place booking:
1) Pick up location, as I am still not sure which hotel I will stay in now, if I want to place booking now, can I simply put "to be advise" / leave it blank? I should be able to advise you on Sept for sure...
2) I understand some of the pick up location are hotels, unless it stated for hotel guest only, I assume I choose those hotel without remarking only for hotel guest, am I correct?
3) Is there any chance of cancelling the tour if there is not enough people to join on my chosen date? How soon I will know the tour is definitely going if my chosen date is 4 Nov?
4) I will be leaving LAX international airport on 6 Nov with long haul flight departing 10.35pm, do you think the tour 2-351 is suitable for me in terms of the timing?
5) I will be travelling to the LAX international airport after the tour, I understand the closest drop off point will be Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, do you have any idea if I can transportation (e.g. taxi) from there going to the airport? Or any suggested drop off point for me if I will be travelling to the airport?
6) May I know the cancellation policy if I change my itinerary and cannot join the join accidentally due to personal reason? Or can I do any changes (even refund?) to my tour after I joined?
7) I am conscious that the tour can arrange tour guide with bilingual (Chinese & English), how can I choose that when placing booking?

2. The "Hotel Guest Only" pick-up location is for hotel guest only, you will be required to provide hotel confirmation number later.
3.All the reservations are subject to final confirmation, usually it takes us 1-2 day to tell the confirmation status.
4&5. Usually we will arrive at Los Angeles around 7:30pm, the closest drop-off location to LAX is Chinatown.You can go LAX by taxi or leave a note about LAX drop-off so we can check the quotation of it.

Hello. We're thinking about 1 Day Antelope Canyon tour.

1. Does this tour go to both Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon? Or only one side(Upper or Lower) of Antelope Canyon?
2. I heard we cannot enter Antelope Canyon in bad weather. If you find we cannot enter Antelope Canyon before departure (e.g. 1 day before the departure date, weather forecast says tomorrow we'll have heavy rain), can we get any refund?

I would like to know if instead of going back to NY, can we be drop off in Washington as we planning to spend some time in Washington . just to be sure as it's mention that the route can be reverse , thus if I book my extended hotel in Washington I won't get refund for .
