Q: We are 2 couples (that's 4 persons) interested in your 7-Day tour 2-16724. Our plan is to arrive in LAX on afternoon of 24th September, 2015. Please confirm the following: 1. Airport pickup to hotel for start of tour 2. Our checked-in bags can be loaded into the coach storage to accompany us during the tour. 3. We will arrive in Salt Lake City on 30th September, 2015. 4. Please advise the cost per night in the hotel for extending our stay in Salt Lake City. 5. Do you have a tour leaving Salt Lake City to LAX preferably on 6th October, 2015

On 09/24, we can pick up you at the LAX airport if you arrive anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. You can deposit your luggage under the storage area of tour coach during trip. You will end the tour in Salt Lake city on September 30th, 2015 if you start the tour on September 24. 2015-05-22 17:28:44 Dear Terry, The motor coach buses we use are not equipped with a wheelchair lift. Guest must be able to board on and off the bus on their own. Currently, we can only accommodate a foldable wheelchair underneath the bus in our storage compartment. Thank you for your inquiry. You are more than welcome to bring a foldable wheelchair, however, the tour bus is not equipped with wheelchair access. We require guest to be able to board on and off the tour bus on their own as the tour guide and driver will be unable to assist.
