Q: I would like to book tour code 2-16735 for departure on Sept 15. It appears that I need to make full payment upon check-out of the booking. Does it mean that this is a confirmed departure date? As I need to book the tour departure date and the flight ticket at the same time, I need a confirmation before i can proceed with my flight booking. Will there be transport provided to Comfort Inn Cockatoo hotel on the last day of the tour? Need to stay at the hotel for 1 night before departing from LA. Please advise how to get to this airport hotel if transport is not provided.

Please book the flight after receiving our confirmation for your tour. Regretfully we will not be able to drop you off at Comfort Inn Cockatoo, but this hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle service, and you can take the shuttle to check into the hotel. It will take approximately 30 minutes by taxi from the airport to this pick-up point, but there may be 30-40 minute delay for any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic delays.
