Dear Claire, To locate the closest pick-up location to the address of your hotel, simply locate Step # 2 in the booking area of the tour page under "Hotel/Pick-Up Location". There, you will find "Location Helper". Simply enter the address of the hotel and the system will show you the closet pick-up to you.
