For your 6:30pm departure you will be fine to make your flight as the tour guide arranges airport drop off anywhere from 1.5-2 hours before 5:30pm on the last day. Dear Customer, We strongly suggest guest try to arrive in Denver before 11:30am on day 1 or the night before the scheduled tour start date. We can assist in arranging a one night pretour hotel extension at the Red Roof Lion Hotel Denver. If you are unable to arrange either of the above, please leave a note in the comment section when placing a reservation advising that you wish to meet at the first nights hotel. Thank you very much for your interest. Your requested tour 86-2950 is usually offered May-October each year, depending on road conditions or closures. An update for its 2014 departure schedule may be available until sometime in February or March. Or you can contact us by then for the update status. According to our local office, only a foldable wheelchair can be accommodated due to limited space on the tour bus. However, please note in the "comment" section when you make the reservation, so we can arrange accordingly. Meanwhile, most boardwalks are wheelchair friendly.
