We have 6 person in a group. Since itinerary in first day stated the tour will offers complimentary transfers from airport, which option should we select in the "LAX Airport Transfer Service Fee" section in Easy Book?
Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online, will be subject to a minimum $30 Amendment Fee (per change).
Please keep this in mind when making a reservation.
I can get on and off the bus but walking is not so easy. I use a cane and sometimes need to sit down for a short rest. PLease tell me if this would prevent me from going on the tour. A couple of blocks at one time is about my limit. Lets say from the snack bar at Old Faithful to the benches at the actual site. Whad da yu think?
This tour does require a bit of walking since you will be sightseeing many different national parks. The tour guide will have rest breaks in between so travelers can take pictures or roam around on their own for a bit and at that time you may rest before visiting the next attraction.
Please refer to the policy for the following tour:
Passengers must be able to enter and exit the bus on their own or with the help of a designated caretaker. To participate in sightseeing inclusions, they will frequently be required to walk stretches individually. They must find their way back to assigned meeting points at given times. The tour provider cannot be held liable for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Passengers with disabilities must be accompanied by a companion capable of providing all assistance needed, and may not require special assistance from the tour personnel. Most transportation services, including the touring motorcoach, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. If they are on a wheelchair, it must be a foldable one that can be stored away. In general properties have facilities for wheel chairs and also in some cases Roll-in showers and we will do our best to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but ATI is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so. Neither tour personnel nor its suppliers may physically lift or assist passengers onto transportation vehicles.
