1. Which airport do I need to arrive? I heard there are several airport in L.A
2. By what time do I need to arrive at pickup place? Before 06:45AM on 19th Sept?
3. Does the bust get back to L.A around 7pm on 25th of Sept? (I would love to know about the exact date better than the time)
4. How many people are on the bus?
5. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered during the tour?

Currently, we still have some seats available on 09/19/2012.
1) We do not offer airport pick up for this tour, so you can arrange your flight to arrive at any airport and then arrange your own transportation to the pick up location which you selected when booking.
2) It depends on the pick up time and location you choose. Usually, we recommend our customer to be the pickup location 5-10min earlier than the pick up time.
3) The bus will get back to Los Angels around 7:00pm on 09/25/2012 if you choose to depart on 09/19.
4) Usually, we will use a bus which can contain 50-60 passengers.
5) Meals are not included in the price, but the tour guide will arrange it.
6) The itinerary has already been stated on the website. We can send it to you through email, but it will be the same as the one on the website.
7) Please book the flight after making the tour reservation and getting a confirmation from us.
i want to know ..is there extra payment.except 428 each passenger such as admission to get in the park or something to do. also i want to know if i want to do white water rating. can i do? and 1st day what we r going to do in Denvor plz answer ASAP

3) On the first day, after arriving at the airport, the tour guide will pick you up and lead the way to visit Red Rocks Amphitheatre on the slope of the Rockies, the gold-dome State House of Colorado and the 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver. After the tour, we will stay over night in Denver.
My friend and I are from Hong Kong. We'd like to know whether the price has included the meals and the tips for the whole tour? Are there any insurance included and how will you confirm our payments if we join this tour? Thanks.
we are planning to book the 7day yellowstone tour from san francisco on 8 sept 12. However, we would prefer to extend our stay at Las Vegas on the 6th day of the tour. Its stated that we will be staying at excalibur hotel at Las Vegas. Would your tour agency be able to assist to reserve a room at the hotel for an additional 2 nights? If so, what would the additional charges be?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee at this time if all hotels on tour offer coffee pots in the room, as the hotels are not confirmed until we process your reservation.
However, you can ask the hotel locations for their options or bring your own coffee pot on tour.

Hi Irina:
We cannot guarantee that you will see both upper and lower falls during the tour, as it is dependent on timing on the day of the tour.
However, the tour guide will try their best to cover the most areas of the park during the tour.
You will also have free time while staying overnight at Canyon Lodge on tour, so you will have the opportunity to cover both falls if it is not covered in the tour itinerary.
