Q: I am looking at 5-Day Yellowstone National Park and Mt.Rushmore Bus Tour Package (Starts in DEN - Ends in SLC) that I am interested in. I have a couple of questions that I can sum up in the following way. Is it possible to send me a list of scheduled stops (what places and roughly what time during the day)along the way and how much time roughly we will have at those places? I don't need every little bathroom stop or lunch stop, just the major places along the way. Thank you for your time, Johnny

We do not offer a timeline for the major points of attraction, as the timings change depending on the departure date.
The timing is dependent on timing, weather, and traffic conditions on the day of the tour.

Q: For the tour that finishes July 17 2012,what time will this tour now end? I believe the Coor's Brewery tour is now not possible. We need to catch a plane back to San Francisco that departs for Australia at 9 45 pm July 17 I think this would be fine if we were able to have an airport transfer around lunch time. Please review the itinerary information regarding departure flights for this tour:
Please arrange flight departing from Denver after 3:30pm.
As long as your flight is after 3:30pm, we will offer transfer service to the Denver airport at the end of the half-day tour on the last day of this 7-day tour.
If you need complimentary airport drop off, please leave a message 9 days in advance, otherwise, you need to pay for it.
When you make your reservation online, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will need airport drop-off at the end of the tour.

Yellowstone tours are not available in the Winter, as the road conditions in Winter do not allow buses to pass.
If you would like to visit Yellowstone, you will need to make your travel plans prior to October 3rd.

Guests will be dropped off at the major pick up location and hotels which were used for departures. Normally the pickup location will be drop off location. We regret we cannot pick you up or drop you off at LAX airport.

Q: As we will already be staying at our daughters near Denver a few days before, can we pick up the tour on the Sunday morning? It is our grandsons birthday on Sat 26th so don't really want to miss it, and we have been to the City before. If this is possible, what time would we need to get there by on the 27th? Yes, it is possible to join this tour on the morning of the 2nd day of the tour.
Please leave a note in the comment section that you would like to meet with the tour on the second day.
Once your tour is confirmed for departure, we will confirm with your guide the time you can meet him/her in the first nights' hotel lobby.
Alternatively, you can check into the hotel late at night on the first night of the tour to be in the hotel for the morning departure the next day.
Confirmation of tour departure usually takes 2-3 business days from the time you make your online reservation.
