Q: This tour has Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, but when I tried to reserve 2 rooms for total 4 adult & 1 child, there's no credit for "1 free". When will you give the credit for "1 free"? No meal was mentioned in the tour description. Does that mean we all have to look for places to eat breakfast before bus leaves every morning?

2011-08-17 05:38:15 Hi Faye Lee:The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *additional fee) on share room basis. If you book 2 rooms (one double and one triple) under one reservation, one customer will go for free. Meals are not included in tour price however you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges.

*Additional fee = $90.00
*** Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 5 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers.
*Cancellations of the Free Passenger(s) within 5 days of tour departure and No-Shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a $358 (additional surcharge applies on holiday) penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide on the date of tour departure in order to participate on the tour.

Q: The hotels offered by this tour are not too well known. Are they good hotels? Are we staying inside the YellowStone or west of YellowStone? 2. If you would like to book a tour please book your tour early. Booking early will give you the advantage to book your rental vehicle before the tour.

Please ask the tour guide for advice about the most convenient place for you to catch a rental car as it depends on where you will go after the tour concludes. You will be arriving LA around 7:00pm to 8:00pm and it is dependent upon traffic and weather conditions.
