Hi Pei-Yi Hsiao:

This tour 2-120 package will operate between Jun 1st 2011 - Oct 1st 2011, no Yellowstone tour package will be available in December.
Usually, our Yellowstone tour package will sell out a month before tour departure dates, please reserve your tour 45 days beforehand. We seldom have cancellations for this tour.

Tour 2-130 normally departs year round without cancellations. Our tour guide will take you to the food court to have meals before back to hotel, and please check the itinerary description for Day 1 in our website, Day 1 is an airport transfer day. There are no other activities planned for travelers that day.

It is standard to leave a tip in a hotel room after your stay each night.

Hi Pei Yi Hsiao:

Yellowstone tours only operate from mid-May to the end of September or beginning of October. We do not offer this tour in December. Please visit www.weather.com for the most up to date weather updates and trends. We recommend that you wear layers of clothing as in the day, the weather can be warmer and the evenings cooler. The temperatures are fairly different in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas.

Both tours do not include meals and hotels will not offer complimentary breakfat or meals.

Hi Christine:

This tour offers a 3 star hotels.

Unfortunately, the hotels you will be staying in do not offer complimentary breakfast.

However, the tour guide will be arranging the meals everyday, typically in fast food courts or international buffets.

If you do not like the food he will offer, you can bring along your own meals.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Hello, I am planning for a party of 4 adults for this tour. How much luggage do we get to bring in for this tour: specifically the limits on the weight and number of baggage allowed per traveller. Also, can we have a pick up and drop-off from Las Vegas airport ? Thanks, Joy.

Hi Joy:

There is baggage area at the bottom of the coach which you can store your luggage. Please leave a note of the number and size of your luggage when making the reservation online so that we can double check for you. Each passenger is allowed one small carry on and one medium sized luggage to be stored in the luggage compartment on the bus. This tour does not include airport transfer, so we advise that you can take a taxi from Vegas airport to pick up location which only costs $15-20, or take the airport shuttle to the Strip hotels.
