Toward the end of August, the temperatures typically begin to cool. We recommend a warm jacket and rain gear and, during mid to late August, thermal underwear. According to http://www.yellowstone.ws/yellowstoneweather.html

This tour would visit many famous attractions in the Yellowstone National park, however, we are not able to confirm the specific attractions or scenery since it will have to depend on the conditions: weather, etc. of the day.

I ama foreigner and interested in joining this tour with my wife on 20 August
Kindly request to respond prior registration
My husband and I and possibly another couple are very interested in taking this tour next year. My questions are as follows:
1. When does the 2012 schedule come out?
2. We are pretty flexible as to when we can go on our vacation, so we do NOT want to go during HIGH season. Which months are best to book for to avoid High season?
3. Regarding meals, your site states: "You have the option to pay for meals that our tour guide arranges." How does that work?
4. As far as tours, your site states: "The last four tours total $40/person,this fee must be paid on tour. The tour guide will collect the fee on the first day of the tour." I just needed alittle more clarification: Does this mean each tour is $40 and before each day of the tour we pay $40 (total $160)......or does that mean,we pay $40 for all 4 tours, paid on Day 1?
Thank you!
1. The 2012 schedule will come around the months of November and December.
2. High season are between the months of June, July, August, and early september. You should consider a time after early September if you wish to avoid the high travel season.
3. The tour guide takes the group for meals at a food court or a fast food place. You simply pay for the food you would like to eat.
4. The $40 per person is only a 1 time fee to pay for the 4 mandatory tour places. The service fee will be a daily fee you must calculate for the duraton of your tour.
As we do not offer the companion pair-up service, we suggest you find your companion by yourself either by posting your request in Find a Companion at: https://www.tours4fun.com/travel-companions/us-west-coast/or simply ask a friend to join you. When you make reservation with your companion, you can choose Share Room under Rooms in Easy Book so that you and your companion can pay the tour separately.

There is no age limit for the customers and we welcome participants of all ages. We recommend that you have a parental release form or temporary guardianship document for your nephew on tour, should his parents not be joining.

I would like to book this tour leaving on 30 July. But there are only two of us have interests right now. i am wondering if i just book the tour as 3 ppl so that i can keep on finding another companion to share the price. btw, if finally turn out that there are only two of us, any sub charges i have to pay?
We highly recommend that you book after all of your travel details and plans are set. When booking, you should input the current actual number of passengers participating in the tour when making the reservation. Should you book for 3 passengers, when you only have 2 and fail to find the third companion, we will charge a $150 penalty fee that must be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide on the date of tour departure in order to participate on the tour, should only 2 passengers out of 3 join on the tour departure date. If you make the reservation for two passengers first and then add the third person when you find him/her afterwards, we will only charge an amendment fee for this addition.
