Q:
Thank you for your prompt reply to my last question. I would like to know if we would have any time to check out one or two sites in Deadwood, SD? It is a historic town and would like to get the chance to see something. How late do they usually get into town? Thanks.

Hi Pat Ansel:

The tour will only offer an overnight stay in Deadwood. There will not be any sightseeing there. The tour may arrive into Deadwood around 5:30-6:30pm, depending on tour route and tour guide scheduling.

On tour 2-121 to Mt. Rushmore, I asume we have a hotel stay every night of the trip. How long would we have in the city of Deadwood? This will help me decide if I want to go forward and book this trip. It looks like fun. Thank you very much.

Hi Maricel:

Usually July and August are the best time to travel in Yellowstone, and actually we suggest you take a coat along with you as the climate in the Park is cooler than the one outside. We recommend that you check for weather updates at www.weather.com. Walking may be a bit more extension for this tour, as there are many sights that require you to get off the bus and walk around in order to view them. How much walking can be dependant upon you, if you wish to stay close to the tour bus, you may do so.

Q:
There are three of us leaving July 16 and I was wondering if the seating will be the third person directly across from where the other two are sitting? I would prefer this to sitting in front or behind my party. Thank you.

Hi Debbie Aguirre:

Please kindly note that allocation of the seats are arranged by the tour guide. If you have any special request on the seats, please simply consult with the guide when on the tour. Usually for the tours, if seating is pre-arranged, passengers will be seated together. If seating number is not stated, it is first come, first seated. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be seated together, but the tour guide will try their best to accommodate everyone.

Hi Eleanor Cheung:

Yes you are welcome to select a hotel drop off instead of LAX. Please select tour 2-110, as they have the same hotel departure locations as 2-167 hotel drop off locations.

I am partly handicap and was wondering if bringing a small scooter and a walker would be possible? The other person that would be traveling with me is my sixteen year old grandson and would help me when I need my scooter or walker.

Hi Julaine Demge:

Scooters would be too large to carry on the tour busses, but a foldable wheelchair or walker would be permitted to take on tour as long as you travel with someone who will be able to assist you with the wheelchair/ walker.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Jo:

Our travelers range from youngsters to senior citizens. Travelers include singles, couples and groups. Many are families and friends. They come from all over the world to enjoy our diversified tours.

Currently, we still have vacant seats for this tour and for October we only operate it on 10/01/2011.  Tours for Yellowstone should sell out due to popularity of the tour and the last tour date for this season.

Hi Sk:

If you are taking tour 2-117, you will need to arrive on July 19. You will need a hotel extension for the night of July 19, in order to board the tour bus on July 20.

We recommend that you click on the Arriving Early or Staying Late button in order to add on this hotel extension.
For Pre-tour hotel extension, please select the Holiday Inn La Mirada or Howard Johnson hotel.

For the post tour hotel extension, please select the Comfort Inn Cockatoo hotel.

Please note that this tour is a bilingual tour and will be conducted in English and Chinese. If you wish for an English only tour, we can offer this one instead:
