Hi, I am very interested in this tour but I am single traveller-student and I was wondering if somebody in similar situation would like to book this tour with me, because the price for single person is extremely high and it will be the only reason why after all I would not participate in this wonderful tour once I am for the first time in USA. Thanks. Lada (skype: lady.catherine, email: ducheckl@garnet.union.edu)

Q:
I'm going to book a flight flying out of the Denver Airport at 6:10p.m. on the last day of the tour. Would it be okay? I'm a little bit concerned that I might not arrive at the airport in time. Would I have enough time to check in at the airport?

Hi Yujin jung:

It would be fine as long as you book a flight flying out of DEN after 5:30pm on the last day of the tour.

Q:
Regarding tour 2-120, in one of your answer you stated that the tour could consist 5-6 buses. If this is so how can the restaurants and motel able to accommodate all these people?. Are most of your tours that size?. What is the average size of your all tours? Thanks, Oscar

Hi Oscar:

We are working with many different hotels for our tours, and the restaurant that you will be having meals during the tour are different, varying from tour guide to tour guide, so you do not have to worry about the hotel and the food, as they are not a problem. The buses can seat up to 55-60 people. The usual size of our tours are around 1-2 buses, however, the tour 2-120 is a very popular Yellowstone tour, and they are usually booked out a week or more before the tour departure date even with the large number of buses we are providing for this tour. So we would highly recommend our customers to book for our Yellowstone tours at least a month ahead of your desired tour departure date.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
I made a reservation for 7day Rushmore&Yellowstone Bus tour. On the last day, I am going to book a flight which departs at 6:10. It says we have to book a flight out after 5:30, but I wasn't sure it means that the tour will finish at 5:30 or we will be at the airport by 5:30. Could you tell me what time we will arrive at the airport? So that I can book a flight ticket accordingly.

Q:
Good afternoon, I wanted to know the following regarding tour 2-120: 1. Are there still spots available for a departure Sat May 21st (for two people)? Otherwise, what is the earliest available? 2. Is this a fully guided tour or is there any "free" time during the tour? 3. If the answer to the question above is yes, could you please list the "free" times during the tour? For instance, I would like to know if it is possible to go on a hike in Yellowstone or if the schedule will not allow it. 4. Do we have to get meals with the group, or can we choose our own venue? 5. Are meals typically taken on the sightseeing sites (so that this time can be used for sightseeing instead of eating), or further away (e.g. highway rest areas)? 6. Are beverages and food allowed in the bus? Thank you in advance for your answers!

Hi Solene:

1. There are still seats available for this tour. We do suggest you book your tour as soon as possible to confirm the tour for you.

2.These tours are fully guided, so there is no free time in this tour.

3.There will not be time for hiking.

4.The tour guide arranges the meals for you. You then will have option for foods.

5.The meals are taken on the meal stops.

6.Beverages and snacks are allowed in the bus as long as they dont create a mess.

Thank you for your inquiry.

I have 3 children. Age 8, 5 and 2. I can only book 1 room because the children are young. Do I have to pay for the 2 years old? How much? Are the hotel rooms with 2 queen size bed that can sleep 5?

Hi Angel:

You will need to pay for your children, as they are each 2 and older. Maximum room capacity is 4 people including adult and child/infant., therefore you will need to book this tour with 2 rooms. You can have one adult sleep in each room with 1 or 2 children in order to accommodate the sleeping arrangements.

Thank you for your inquiry.
